Meet Dr. Stephen L. Engroff
Dr. Engroff received his DDS and MD degrees from the University of Maryland Schools of Dentistry and Medicine, respectively. He completed his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery, including a year of general surgery at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Following residency, Dr. Engroff furthered his training by completing a fellowship in oral and maxillofacial oncology, also at the University of Maryland. He is board eligible with the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the Pennsylvania Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is licensed by the state of Pennsylvania to administer all types of anesthesia, including general anesthesia.
Dr. Engroff joined Tri-County Oral-Facial Surgeons, PC in July, 2003. He has special interest in treating patients with benign and malignant tumors of the head and neck. He also has training in reconstruction of complex deformities of the bony and soft tissues of the face.
Dr. Engroff and his wife, Diane Ray, a practicing orthodontist, reside in State College. They enjoy hiking, biking and fly fishing.
