Meet Our Team
The staff of Tri-County Oral-Facial Surgeons, PC, twenty-five in all, bring a multitude of experience, skills and training to the practice. All office and surgical staff are current in their CPR training. Our office staff has an average of over 10 years experience with the practice in finance, insurance claims, and medical record keeping.
There is a specifically trained X-ray Tech in each of our office locations. All surgery staff take continuing education classes in OSHA regulations, surgical techniques and anesthesia assistance. Most of the surgery staff has been with the practice over 5 years, with several offering their experience of 20 years with the practice.
Jill Tubo
Clinical Coordinator, Jill Tubo, has been with the practice 27 years. Starting in 1980 as a surgical assistant, then in 1991 transferring to our State College office, full-time as our X-ray Surgical Tech. Recently, Jill has been promoted to our Clinical Coordinator overseeing our offices in State College, Lock Haven and Lewistown.
Jill is certified in dental X-rays, Bloodborne Pathogens, Hazardous Communications and as an Oral-Maxillofacial Surgery Anesthesia Assistant.
When Jill is not in the office she enjoys spending time with her 2 sons, Michael and Christopher, attending Christopher’s races, both motocross and stock car, and baking, crocheting and knitting.
Sally A. Grine
The administrator, Sally A. Grine, has been with the practice 9 years. Starting as Tri-County Oral-Facial Surgeon’s accountant as an out-source, then joining the practice full-time as the administrative assistant and accountant and most recently the administrator. Ms. Grine has two degrees, a BS from the Pennsylvania State University in Agricultural Business Management and a BA from Clarion University in Accounting. Ms. Grine brings numerous years in real estate management, banking and accounting to the practice.
In her spare time she helps out on the family evergreen tree farm and enjoys hiking with her son, Adam and dog, Ned.
